Sylvia Stanway

I do not think that Randy Halprin should be executed or even charged with Murder. He clearly had no pre meditation or knowledge that the Aubrey Hawkins was to be shot, in fact Randy was not even in posession of a fire arm. Randy has been convicted under the draconian law of parties thet is both un just and unfair. George Rivas was spontanieous and alone in his decision to Shoot Officer Hawkins (my sympathies to officer Hawkins family) and George Rivas alone should be held responsible in Law. Nothing other than Revenge will be acheived by executing Randy Halprin. Randy is innocent of murder, it is well documented he had nothing to do with this. Time to abolish Law of parties and stop executing innocent men.
